Our roasting process

Caffé Flores is a blend of Robusta and Arabica beans harvested from the mountains of Flores island in East Nusa Tenggara province, in Eastern Indonesia. The cool climate of the island is ideal for producing quality Arabica and Robusta coffee beans. Only those of the highest quality go into a pack of Caffé Flores.

We pick the cherries from Flores Island
and only the red ones are picked.

Once picked, the riped cherries are
either dried directly under the sun,

   or are first pulped with
   water before drying.
